[Well. This sure is a way to wake up. Sumire sits up, groggily picking sleep gunk out of her eyes, and moves to swing her legs over the edge of— uh. Hm. She will notice Yona in a moment, but the first thing that comes out of her mouth as she realizes she's sleeping in a pile of leaves is:]
[...huh! It's been a while since Yona's woken up with leaves in her hair. It's not the first time, though, and so she doesn't seem too disoriented as she looks around.
But when she spots Sumire, she opens her mouth to say hello!
[Her glasses are off and Yona is now mute, so guess who still doesn't notice her? This girl! She throws her pillow to the side as if looking for something, not realizing her roommate is right there — until it's too late.]
—Yona-san?
[Please dodge the pillow she just threw at your face. Sorry.]
God imagine if we'd just topleveled with "SUMI AND YONA ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND" this week because they never found the door. Alas, that's not an option because we've both threaded on the mingle.
Anyway, it's time to walk around and hopefully find a door.
(She finds the wall, first, walking straight into it because it looks just like jungle scenery.)]
week three, monday.
Oh, no.

But when she spots Sumire, she opens her mouth to say hello!
Only, nothing comes out. Hm.]

—Yona-san?
[Please dodge the pillow she just threw at your face. Sorry.]
no subject
She holds up her arm a moment later in a wordless "I'm okay!"]
no subject
Are you okay?! [Immediately yanking the pillow back and offering her a hand, sweating.] I'm so, so sorry, Yona-san!
no subject
Except not really. No sound comes out. Huh, that's weird. She blinks rapidly, then puts a hand to her throat. Huh...]
no subject
Okay, well. It's hard to miss this time.]
... Is something wrong with your voice? Are you feeling sick?
no subject
And then very rapidly, like she's trying to shout!
Still nothing. Weird.]
no subject
Your throat doesn't hurt, does it?
no subject
no subject
[Is Yona dying? We just don't know.]
no subject
no subject
Maybe we ought to ask a leader...?
no subject
Yona gets up, brushing some leaves away from her pajamas (which are just, like, ye olde sleeping robes), then... looks around.
Hold on, give her a second to actually notice where the door is because this really does look like they're just outside.]
no subject
no subject
Hm.
Do they just live out in the jungle now?]
no subject
And waiting...
And waiting...]
Um... Are you looking for something, Yona-san?
no subject
no subject
And then—]
Oh!
[Turns!
... And turns again. And frowns.]
Um, I don't know either.
no subject
That's unfortunate.
God imagine if we'd just topleveled with "SUMI AND YONA ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND" this week because they never found the door. Alas, that's not an option because we've both threaded on the mingle.

no subject
Only to turn around just in time to see Yona walk into a wall. My god.]
Ah— Yona-san?!
no subject
no subject
... Um. What if we make enough of a ruckus to prompt someone to knock on the door for us?
[Unless this room is soundproof, and then they're fucked.]
no subject
AND KICKS THE WALL AGAIN, though this time she looks significantly happier about it.]
no subject
Unfortunately, no one will come to their rescue.
But sooner or later, Sumire ends up kicking something that sounds hollow as she makes her way across one wall.]
—Oh!
